    One Year Limited Warranty

    We stand behind our product and build our bows to be defect free with quality materials and craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sterrett Bow you can return it for a full refund within 14 days minus the cost of shipping. 

     - Limitations of Warranty

    The warranty is limited by the following:

    Does not apply to cosmetic appearance or finish (chips, scratches, normal use and wear etc.)
    Does not apply to bow strings 
    Warranty is not transferrable and only applies to the original owner
    Dealers are not authorized to grant warranty. Original owner must contact Sterrett Bows directly for warranty authorization

     - Warranty Void

    Warranty is void if one or more of the following apply:

    * The bow shows signs of misuse, abuse, improper handling, or alterations made
    * Damage from shooting arrows weighing less than eight grains per pound of draw   weight
    Dry firing the bow
    Improper stringing of bow ( for example not using a stringer when stringing the bow)


    Disclaimer:

    Sterrett Bows shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or inconsequential) arising out of the use of or inability to use a bow made by Sterrett Bows safely or properly. 


    If warranty has passed and you find a problem PLEASE do not hesitate to call or email us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sterrett Bow. Repairs or service post warranty will be handled on a case by case basis.

     

     

    Returns:

    Before returning your bow please call 805-574-3488 or email us Pete@sterrettbows.com so we can discuss the specific problem. Bow assessment cannot be made until it is returned to Sterrett Bows for inspection.

    When returning your bow please proceed with the following instructions:

    send bow with postage and insurance paid

    2) Include: Name with address, contact #, and sale invoice #, and brief description of  problem

  • The mandatory federal 11% excise tax is not included in the price of the bow.  This is different from sales tax which will be calculated at checkout.
